This privacy policy applies to fernandoangulo.com, a personal website operated by Fernando Angulo. This site is not affiliated with or operated by Semrush Inc.
If you send a speaker invitation, the form asks for event details (name, website if supplied, date, location, audience, topic and format) and your name, role, organization, email address and optional message. Fernando uses those details to assess the invitation and reply. If you email Fernando directly, he uses the information in your message to respond.
The invitation form sends your submission to Web3Forms, a third-party form provider, which processes and forwards it to Fernando's inbox. Web3Forms may also process technical request data for delivery and spam prevention. Its current policy says submissions may be stored for up to three years and that an IP address and email address may be sent to spam prevention providers. Read the Web3Forms Privacy Policy for its processing and retention details. Fernando may retain the resulting email correspondence as needed to manage the inquiry.
The invitation form uses hCaptcha to help prevent abuse. When you visit the form, hCaptcha may process your IP address, browser or device information and interaction data to assess the request. See the hCaptcha Privacy Policy for details.
The Substack signup frame stays unloaded until you choose “Load Substack signup.” That action connects your browser to Substack, which may receive your IP address, device or browser information and usage data. The separate “Subscribe on Substack” link also takes you directly to Substack if you choose it.
If you subscribe, Substack processes your email address and subscription information to deliver the newsletter. Fernando may access subscriber details as its publisher. This website does not operate a separate subscriber database. See Substack's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. You can unsubscribe through a newsletter email or manage your subscription on Substack.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand site use, such as page views, approximate location and device type. Analytics storage is denied by default, although Google Analytics can receive cookieless measurement signals before you accept. Analytics cookies are enabled only if you accept them in the banner.
Your choice is stored locally in your browser and is remembered on later visits. You can change it at any time: Change cookie preferences. You can also opt out at the browser level with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
This site does not set advertising cookies or sell visitor data to advertisers.
